The new Central Library opened The floor building contains an innovative "Books Spiral," a seat auditorium, and open spaces where patrons can meet, study, search the web or read. THIS is the winning entry in a competition to design a £ million new Central Hall at the National Railway Museum in York. UK-based Feilden Fowles’ scheme - selected from a shortlist of five Author: Mike Laycock.
